Our Process

When you choose TRS Gutters to work on your home or building you aren’t just hiring a gutter contractor.  You are getting a partner, helping you to improve your home.

Our Process Is As Follows:

Initial inquiry

During the initial inquiry we listen to what you want done to your home.  We’ll ask you some questions to get an idea of what you are looking for. We will set up a time to meet with you at your home or building to see the project first hand.

First meeting

At our first meeting we will listen to your thoughts and help you make the best decisions for your home.   We will also ask you for an approximate budget so that we can better decide on what can be done within that estimated budget and which products might be best for you.

Estimate

Armed with the information we’ve collected, we will now email you a written estimate, detailing the overall project scope and providing you with an “estimate” of the cost. It will include all aspects of the project.  Once we have your approval on the estimate, we will move ahead to the next stage.

Construction

Now the real fun begins! During this phase, we will be around your home working on your projects. You will begin to see your project take shape rather quickly. We will do our best to keep your home safe and clean throughout this step of the process. We will continue the open lines of communication and provide you with daily updates for your project. We believe this keeps everyone on the same page as far as expectations, timelines, and any new “discoveries” go.

Project review

Near the end of construction we will meet with you and perform a detailed review of your exterior home improvements. We will work hand-in-hand with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

Closeout

Feedback from our clients is extremely important to us.  When your project is complete, we will meet to discuss the total project experience. The more feedback we get from you, the more we can do to improve our process. We will also take photos of the completed project at this time and answer any questions you may have regarding your new gutter system, sceens, aluminum soffits or fascias.
